EssilorLuxottica is seeking an Associate Optometrist for LensCrafters in the Durham area. The role focuses on delivering high-quality optometric care, supporting medical practice, referrals, and pre/post-op surgical care when applicable.

You will lead patient care initiatives, collaborate with the MOD and store team, and strive to exceed KPI targets while maintaining comprehensive patient service. This position emphasizes professional development within a renowned eyecare network.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree required
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry including Billing and Coding
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
• Strong communicator and listener
• Problem solving ability
• Solid organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality optometric care through clinical protocols
• Lead team in KPI management and store performance
• Support medical practice, referral care, and pre/post-op surgical activities
• Ensure excellent patient service and positive doctor-patient relationships
• Leverage technology to communicate vision and eye health to patients
