The role emphasizes medical optometry knowledge, patient communication, and ongoing education to maintain state licensure and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry degree and licensure.
• Commitment to quality patient care.
• Knowledge of Medical Optometry, including Billing and Coding.
• Knowledge of Surgical Care and practices pertaining to Optometry.
• Knowledge of current Optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communicator & listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid Organization skills.

Responsabilités

• Delivers high quality optometric care in collaboration with the MOD and store team.
• Leads patient service and KPI targets to drive results.
• Supports medical practice, referrals, and post-operative care as applicable.
• Maintains licensure and continuing education requirements.
