Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant to be the face of our Exam Practice, guiding patients through the Visionworks experience with warmth and knowledge. You will handle preliminary testing, eye health information, and product/service recommendations to meet patient needs.

Ideal candidates have customer or patient service experience, with a HS diploma or equivalent. Join us in delivering an easy, human, bold journey from exam to eyewear while supporting store

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducting preliminary testing.
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient information.
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and educate and recommend products/services that meet eye care needs.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals including restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones.
