Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant in Savannah, GA to be the face of our Exam Practice, guiding patients through their eye health journey with a friendly, human and bold approach.

You will take patient records, introduce patients to the OD, move them from exam to sales floor, support the lane with restocking, cleaning equipment and answering phones, and help ensure an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Related customer or patient experience preferred, but not necessary
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate patient records before conducing preliminary testing
• Introduce patient to OD and provide OD with important patient nformation
• Transition patient from doctor to sales floor and provide associates necessary information to educate and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Executeday-to-dayoperational activities to support the store's exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals including: restocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and answering phones to meet additional patient needs
