General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks an early-career Patient Safety & Regulatory Support Analyst I to support HRSA activities, focusing on patient safety, regulatory compliance, documentation, and data validation.

You will validate OPTN-related records, contribute to dashboards, and develop audit-ready reports while collaborating with clinical, safety, and analytics teams in a hybrid Rockville, MD setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare data validation or quality assurance experience.
• Hands-on experience supporting OPTN or transplant-related federal reporting workflows is required.
• Strong technical writing skills for audit-ready documentation.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CMS, HEDIS or related regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Epic or similar platforms.

Responsabilités

• Support case review processes and validate safety-related data across datasets.
• Validate transplant/OPTN records against federal guidelines for compliance.
• Contribute to surveillance and reporting documentation for federal oversight.
• Develop audit-ready regulatory documentation and summaries for leadership.
• Review patient-safety and regulatory policies and translate them into actionable workflows.
• Enter and reconcile data across multiple healthcare systems; contribute to root-cause analyses.
• Collaborate with clinical, safety, quality, and analytics teams to drive safety initiatives.
