General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. (GDIT) invites a Sr Manager OPTN Membership to lead the comprehensive membership lifecycle for the OPTN program in partnership with HRSA. The role focuses on tracking, criteria management, and secure processing across internal and external stakeholders.

The candidate will oversee data integrity, compliance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring in-person meetings in Rockville, MD as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s preferred.
• Experience leading membership services, health policy, or regulatory environments.

Mansioni

• Oversee OPTN Member Tracking Tool maintenance and security, ensuring alignment with IT systems.
• Lead the Membership Tracking Plan and data elements for patient safety and compliance.
• Coordinate with HRSA, OPTN committees, and contractors for data alignment across platforms.
• Develop updates to tracking metrics and provide dashboards for stakeholders.
• Manage membership criteria reviews with OPTN committees and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee end-to-end membership application processing, from intake to outcome documentation.
• Ensure secure document transmission between committees, HRSA, and applicants.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements across membership management.
