Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. is seeking a Sr Manager OPTN Membership to lead membership operations for the OPTN program, overseeing tracking tools, criteria management, and application processing.

You will collaborate with HRSA, OPTN committees, and contractors to ensure compliance, data integrity, and timely deliverables, while reporting to stakeholders. The role is hybrid, with occasional travel to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, healthcare administration, nonprofit management, business administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in membership services, customer service, health policy and management, consulting, or related field.
• Strong background in healthcare, membership management, nonprofit management, or regulatory environments.
• Experience supervising and inspiring teams to achieve goals and exceptional member service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of OPTN membership tracking tools and criteria management.
• Manage full lifecycle of membership applications: intake, review, approval, documentation, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with HRSA, OPTN committees, and contractors to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Provide transparent reporting and dashboards to stakeholders; drive process improvements and accountability.
