You will guide data workflows, ensure compliance, and collaborate with HRSA, OPTN committees, and contractors to maintain accurate, secure membership operations. The role requires a strong leadership track, 10+ years in health policy or membership services, and experience managing complex workflows across

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in membership services, health policy, or related field.
Experience supervising teams and driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee OPTN Member Tracking tools and data integrity.
Lead development of Membership Tracking Plan and data workflows.
Coordinate with HRSA, OPTN committees, and contractors for data alignment.
