Job summary

The role requires a Master’s degree (PhD preferred), 10–15 years in QA/clinical compliance, and 5+ years in leadership. Remote work is available with stakeholder engagement across HRSA/OPTN boards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; MBA, MHA, MSN, MPH or equivalent field preferred.
• 10+ years in quality assurance, clinical compliance, health consulting, or healthcare management; 15 years preferred.
• 5+ years in a management/leadership role; clinical experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee case management, monitoring, and quality improvement across OPTN/HRSA, ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Lead the Patient Safety and Compliance Reviews Task Team with comprehensive monitoring and investigations.
• Deliver progress reports and formal presentations to HRSA, OPTN committees, and the OPTN Board of Directors.
