Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Sr Manager OPTN Membership to lead membership operations for the OPTN program under HRSA. The role oversees tracking tools, criteria, and application processes to ensure accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with HRSA and OPTN committees to align systems and data flows. The position requires extensive leadership experience in health program operations, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience.
• US Citizenship: Not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee OPTN Member Tracking Tool(s) implementation and maintenance.
• Lead the Membership Tracking Plan development and execution.
• Collaborate with HRSA, contractors, and OPTN IT systems.
• Periodically evaluate tracking metrics and recommend updates.
• Provide access to tracking systems, dashboards, and docs for stakeholders.
• Guide the Membership Criteria Management Plan development and updates.
• Facilitate reviews with OPTN Safety and Compliance Committees.
• Oversee end-to-end membership application processing.
