Cardinal Health is seeking a Consultant (Contract Administrator) to support OptiFreight contracts within Sales Operations. You will coordinate contract terms, draft and review agreements, and ensure compliance with standard language across cross-functional teams.

You will work with Legal, Sales, Finance and Product Marketing to address routine contracting questions and drive process improvements. The role emphasizes independent work, data analysis and accurate documentation in a regulated

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in contracts or legal/paralegal roles.
• Strong negotiation, contract drafting, communication skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Must be a quick learner with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals or other regulated industries preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and administer customer contract terms and conditions and contract activations.
• Draft contracts in Apttus using OptiFreight templates and review for standard terms.
• Review contracts for adherence to standard business terms and redline customer documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and mitigate risk.
• Support development and maintenance of contract dashboards, templates, and playbooks.
• Provide training on contracting processes and systems.
