Warby Parker is seeking an Optician to join our in-house team and help customers see. You will take measurements, fit eyewear, and verify products meet our standards with high accuracy.

You will explain prescription terminology, assist in frame selection, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with ABO certification or state licensing where required.
• Passionate about eyewear retail and customer service.
• Clear, professional communicator who can explain technical terms simply.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs.
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Ensure eyewear meets optical standards and customer requests.
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team to provide exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, fit, style, and lifestyle.
• Contribute to best practices for sales and customer service.
