Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician (or ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states)
• Passionate about eyewear and retail
• Clear, effective communicator who explains technical terms to customers
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities
• Energetic team player who stays positive in a fast-paced environment
• Not on LEIE list of excluded individuals/entities

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to meet eyewear needs
• Take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy
• Check eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements
• Explain prescription terminology and product offerings
• Work with team to provide exceptional service
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription and style
• Collaborate on best practices for sales and customer service
• Represent our brand and educate customers about Warby Parker's values
