You will support eyewear sales, guide patients through frame and lens choices, ensure precise fittings, and manage VSP and Eyemed insurance quotes and processing.

Qualifications

• Experience in eye care sales in a busy practice.
• Proficient in quoting and processing VSP and Eyemed insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and eyewear sales support to patients in a fast-paced, multi-doctor practice
• Accurately quote and process VSP and Eyemed insurance (VSP and Eyemed experience is a must)
• Guide patients through frame and lens selection, offering expert recommendations based on their needs and preferences
• Ensure precise fitting and adjustments of eyewear
• Maintain organized records and assist with inventory management
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to deliver a seamless patient experience
