Qualifications

• One to two years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Determine the reason for the patient’s visit and deliver eyewear recommendations.
• Attract and retain customers with exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Assist customers in frame selection and coordinate measurements and prescriptions.
• Recommend lenses, coatings, and frames to suit needs and features.
• Take measurements, assist with adjustments, and dispense eyewear.
• Provide accurate pricing and delivery quotes to patients.
• Communicate enthusiastically to meet patient expectations and support teammates.
• Clean and merchandise display daily.
• Assist with insurance billing and processing orders.
• Document all patient communication in practice software.
• Work on special projects as assigned.
