EyeCare Partners LLC is seeking an Optical Technician to enhance the Total Patient Experience by blending retail sales with medical support. You will dispense and fit glasses and contacts based on prescriptions from ophthalmologists and optometrists, connecting patient needs to our extensive eyewear and lens offerings.

The role emphasizes precise measurements, frame selection, and lens recommendations while collaborating with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year in a position interacting with customers/patients or the equivalent education/experience.
• Favorable background check as required by state.
• Proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Mansioni

• Deliver Total Patient Experience while supporting medical needs.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses based on measurements.
• Operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer.
• Educate and recommend lenses, coatings, and frames.
• Collect measurements such as pupillary distance and pantoscopic tilt.
• Dispense glasses and contact lens orders per current process.
• Dispense orders and repair/adjust patient frames.
• Support patients and connect needs to available goods and services.
