EyeCare Partners seeks an Optical Technician to maximize retail sales while supporting patients' medical needs. You dispense and fit glasses/contacts from optometrist prescriptions, linking patient needs to available goods and services.

The role emphasizes delivering a world‑class Total Patient Experience, working in a clinical setting, with opportunities to educate patients on lenses, coatings, and frame choices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in a role interacting with customers/patients.
• Ophthalmic experience preferred; ABO/NCLE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Total Patient Experience and medical support.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses.
• Operate auto-lensometer and manual lensometer.
• Dispense glasses and contact lens orders; adjust frames as needed.
• Collect measurements and ensure accuracy for prescriptions.
