Job summary

LensCrafters in Macy’s stores is hiring a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service, guide sales and support optical and lab processes. You will train teammates, manage store operations, and help ensure accurate lens fitting and order accuracy.

Based in Peabody, MA, this role requires a HS diploma and proven optical/retail experience. You will lead by example, reinforce safety standards, and contribute to a positive, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience.
• Knowledge of optics theory and merchandise.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Solid basic math and sales abilities.
• Experience with edging and mounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist in eyewear selections.
• Assist in lab processes including edging and fitting lens prescriptions.
• Support store operations as a keyholder.
• Coach and train team members on product knowledge and processes.
• Adhere to optical standards and safety procedures.
