Job summary

LensCrafters in Hyannis, MA is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success. You will manage optical and lab processes, coach sales associates, and ensure accurate lens fitting and product knowledge.

The role requires strong retail and optical experience, leadership ability, and basic math skills. HS diploma or GED is required; state licensure or ABO certification preferred.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience and knowledge.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Leadership and training experience a plus.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic calculators.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and patients.
• Assist in store success by managing optical and lab processes.
• Lead and train team members; provide product knowledge and recommendations.
