Job summary

EssilorLuxottica's LensCrafters in Florida seeks a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success by guiding optical and lab processes. You will lead by example, train staff, and ensure precise product knowledge and sales execution.

In this role you may supervise the lab operations as well, including edging and mounting, while maintaining safety and high quality standards; strong communication and leadership are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma/GED required.
• Strong optical & retail experience.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and training experience.
• Edging and mounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead LensCrafters team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Provide recommendations and assist sales associates.
• Serve as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab (if applicable): custom fits glasses and places prescription in lenses.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
