Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking an Optical Supervisor to join our team of in-house optical professionals. You’ll rely on your optical know‑how, friendly demeanor, and product expertise to create exceptional customer experiences and ensure high-quality eyewear outcomes.

As a keyholder, you’ll open and close the store and oversee internal operations while leading the Optical team, including the Apprentice Program participants, to deliver standout service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Licensed dispensing optician with 2+ years of experience including supervisor responsibilities.
• ABO-certified optician in non-licensing states; strong product and eyewear knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly assist customers to meet eyewear needs and record measurements accurately.
• Lead store operations as keyholder, open/close duties, and maintain processes.
• Mentor Optical team and participate in Apprentice Program while upholding Warby Parker standards.
