Job summary

Visionworks Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Prosper, TX leads store operations and supports the General Manager to drive profitability and guest experience. You will coach associates, coordinate appointments and services, and ensure a smooth patient journey through the eyewear process.

This role emphasizes leadership, accountability, and delivering a bold, human customer experience while meeting daily sales and service goals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and achieve sales targets by guiding the team to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals.
• Model and engage in all steps of the Patient/Customer journey and supervise associates on exam lanes and sales floors.
• Support GM in managing doctor appointments, eyewear services, and ensuring patient needs are met.
• Coach, motivate and support associates to perform at a high level for an optimal patient experience.
• Use sound judgment to resolve issues in the patient/customer experience alongside the GM.
• Execute operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals.
