Job summary

Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Minnesota to lead the store in the General Manager's absence and support financial goals through floor leadership and coaching. You’ll drive sales and ensure a smooth patient and customer journey.

• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and achieve sales goals by holding self and team accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Role model and engage in all steps of Patient/Customer journey, supervise and redirect associates in exam lane and sales floor
• Support GM in managing incoming traffic by coordinating and confirming doctor appointments, eyewear services, and meeting patient/customer needs
• Coach, motivate, and support associates to perform in their roles with excellence to ensure a flawless patient/customer experience
• Use sound judgment to remove obstacles and resolve issues in partnership with the General Manager
• Execute all broad operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals
