Qualifications

• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unsurpassed customer service.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members.
• Give clear feedback to retail associates.
• Correct performance issues and follow up.
• Conduct Meaningful Conversations to boost associate satisfaction and results.
• Train associates in dispensing, sales, customer service, and bookkeeping; enhance optical knowledge.
• Drive profitable personal sales and foster a retail selling culture.
• Analyze store financial data and propose profitability improvements.
• Lead staffing and onboarding to guidelines; interview candidates for bench strength.
• Perform payroll, inventory management, and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with Doctor of Optometry and Host business partnership.
• Adhere to loss prevention policies; maintain safety programs.
• Ensure accurate and timely paperwork; maintain professionalism.
• Lead collaboration toward store objectives; demonstrate teamwork.
