Job summary

Target Optical, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking a Store Manager in Massachusetts to drive store results and deliver a flawless customer experience. You will coordinate the Doctor of Optometry and retail functions within a hosted environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and strong guest service.

You will coach associates, manage payroll and inventory, and uphold safety and loss prevention while delivering a WOW experience to guests and building community trust in our eyewear solutions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in optical or retail management.
• Knowledge of store operations and processes.
• Strong math, cash handling, and POS skills.
