Responsibilities

• Delivers outstanding guest experience by leading a high-performing team.
• Sets clear expectations and ensures staff are Guest Ready.
• Manages floor flow and acts as the caretaker for guests and team members.
• Develops action plans for immediate and future development.
• Provides timely feedback and coaching to employees.
• Maintains a Simple, Fun and In-style store culture.
• Conducts annual performance reviews and regular coaching conversations.
• Builds relationships with Target Optical doctor(s) as applicable to deliver eye care experiences.
• Recruits and maintains a talent bench; creates schedules based on business needs and forecasts.
• Oversees payroll, new hire processing, and personnel changes.
• Ensures store policies, merchandising, promotions, and sales strategies are executed.
