Job summary

VSP Vision is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the Optical Outlets office operations in Tampa, Florida. The role focuses on staffing, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and patient service standards.

Responsibilities include training new hires, managing day-to-day office activities, handling billing and reconciliations, and maintaining equipment, supplies, and patient relations. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment.
