Job summary

Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 2 years of leadership experience in a business setting. Strong staff development and customer relations skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a business-related environment.
• Ability to recruit, facilitate, train, coach, and develop excellent staff.
• Ability to manage office operations and follow approved procedures.

Responsibilities

• Train new hires for various positions within Optical Outlets offices.
• Supervise and control operation of the office to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain all product, equipment, and supplies in the office.
• Inform the District Manager of trends, needs, or problems.
• Maintain office operations within controllable expense budgets such as payroll, overtime, supplies, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with the District Manager on security-related matters.
• Notify the District Manager and Home Office Personnel of recruiting, labor, training, or wage and salary issues.
• Perform all tasks assigned by District Manager.
