Job summary

Visionworks is seeking an Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Maryland to lead store operations and deliver a memorable patient journey. This role acts as a leader in the absence of the General Manager, coaching staff and ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.

You will support appointment scheduling, eyewear services and ensure customer needs are met while driving profitability and maintaining Visionworks standards.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote store profitability and achieve sales targets.
• Lead patient/customer journey on the floor and in exam lanes.
• Coordinate doctor appointments and eyewear services with GM.
• Coach and support associates to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Resolve obstacles in patient/customer experience with GM.
• Oversee operational activities to meet financial and customer goals.
