National Vision, Inc. in Mayfield Heights, OH is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee store operations, staff, and the eyeglass department. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining quality standards, and driving sales performance within a full-time schedule.

You will collaborate with management teams, manage promotions and merchandising, and support staffing needs to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience is required.
• Supervising experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills for team management.
• Solid understanding of store operations and standards.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals (P&L).
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Provide outstanding customer service and train associates to do the same.
• Ensure quality standards, review remakes, enforce policies.
• Communicate with General Manager, District Manager, and Corporate Office; provide store reporting.
• Ensure promotions and visual merchandising are in place and communicated to staff.
• Supervise Opticians and CL Sales associates; ensure day-to-day tasks are completed.
• Assist GM with staffing forecasts, recruiting and retention.
