America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee daily store operations, personnel, and inventory. You will lead optical sales teams, ensure excellent customer service, and drive performance against store goals.

Qualifications

• Optical sales experience and supervising experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written) for team management.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and store performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve profit, sales and performance goals.
• Oversee eyeglass department efficiency and policy compliance.
• Convey commitment to outstanding customer service and lead by example.
• Review quality standards, remakes, and policy adherence.
• Communicate with GM, District Manager, and Corporate Office; provide store reports.
• Coordinate store promotions, advertising and visual merchandising; inform staff.
• Supervise and motivate Opticians and sales associates; manage day-to-day functions.
• Assist GM with staffing, recruiting and retention of qualified staff.
