Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Visionworks Optical Supervisor/Assistant Manager in Texas to lead store operations and coach the team. The role involves supervising in the absence of the General Manager, driving sales goals, and ensuring a seamless patient and customer journey.

You will support doctor appointments, eyewear services, and manage staff to deliver an exceptional experience while aligning with store financial goals.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required.
• 1-5 years of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Promote the store's profitability and achievement of sales targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Model patient/customer journey and supervise associates in exam lane and sales floor.
• Support GM in managing appointments, eyewear services, and patient needs.
• Coach, motivate, and support associates to deliver excellent patient/customer experiences.
• Use good judgment to resolve issues in the patient/customer experience with GM.
• Execute all broad operational activities to meet store financial and customer experience goals.
