America’s Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a General Manager in Kent, WA to lead a busy optical store. You’ll oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage budgets, and ensure an exceptional patient and associate experience.

You’ll recruit and develop staff, partner with the Doctor, monitor performance, maintain standards, and report to the District Manager. A strong retail leadership track record and customer service passion are required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years retail leadership experience.
• Knowledge of optical retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all daily store operations including staffing, inventory and planning.
• Lead, train and develop associates through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor store performance and drive outstanding patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high levels of patient care.
• Conduct audits and uphold quality, merchandising and service standards.
• Maintain reporting and open communication with district leadership.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
