Job summary

National Vision's America's Best is seeking a General Manager in Woodbridge, VA to lead store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional patient and associate experiences daily.

You will oversee staffing, inventory, budgeting, merchandising, and compliance, partnering with the Doctor to ensure high-quality care. You will recruit and coach team members, monitor performance, and maintain safety and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience, supervising preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, budgeting, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, train, and develop associates through coaching and feedback.
• Monitor store performance and ensure outstanding customer/patient experiences from start to finish.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure highest level of care.
• Conduct store audits and uphold standards for quality, merchandising, and service.
