America’s Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a General Manager in Paramus, NJ. You will lead a high-energy team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional patient experiences across daily operations and merchandising.

As a General Manager, you’ll manage financial performance, staff development, and compliance while partnering with the Doctor to deliver top-tier care and service. This role emphasizes growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or store management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of optical retail industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for customer service and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning and policy adherence.
• Lead, train and develop associates through coaching and feedback.
• Drive store performance to deliver outstanding customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high quality patient care.
• Conduct store audits and maintain merchandising, service, and safety standards.
• Communicate with the District Manager and provide accurate reporting.
