Job summary

America’s Best in Tucson, AZ is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-energy optical store, drive sales, and deliver exceptional patient and associate experiences. You will oversee daily operations, train and coach staff, manage budgets, partner with the Doctor for patient care, and ensure merchandising standards are met.

This role requires ABO & NCLE certification and a track record in retail leadership.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience managing a retail team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to coach and develop associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily store operations, staffing, and planning.
• Lead, train, and develop associates with coaching and feedback.
• Monitor performance to ensure outstanding customer and patient experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Conduct store audits and uphold merchandising and service standards.
• Maintain accurate reporting and communications with District Manager.
