You’ll coach teams, monitor performance, and align with brand standards while partnering with leadership to meet financial goals. The role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, able to communicate with diverse customers.
• 5+ years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Knowledge of the optical retail industry or willingness to learn.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and build strong associate relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, staffing, inventory, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, coach, and develop associates to achieve sales and service targets.
• Monitor performance and guide teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Partner with the Doctor to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage budgets, merchandising, and promotional initiatives.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top talent and schedule according to traffic.
