Job summary

National Vision, Inc. in Centereach, NY is seeking an Assistant Eyeglass Manager to oversee the eyeglass department and drive store performance. You will monitor profits, sales and KPI targets while ensuring exceptional customer service and policy compliance.

Qualifications

Experience in optical retail or eyewear sales environments.
Proven ability to supervise teams and coach performance.
Solid understanding of store operations and performance metrics.
Excellent oral and written communication for team leadership.
Strong planning and organizational skills with goal tracking.
Ability to read and interpret financial reports for store decision-making.

Responsibilities

Monitor profit, sales and performance targets including P&L reviews.
Oversee the eyeglass department for efficiency and policy compliance.
Provide outstanding customer service expectations for all associates.
Review quality standards and enforce remakes and policies.
Coordinate with General Manager, District Manager and Corporate Office for reporting.
Ensure promotions, advertising and visual merchandising are implemented.
