Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking an Optical Service Rep to serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering friendly service in person and over the phone. You will resolve inquiries, process transactions, and help coordinate services across departments to maintain a welcoming environment.

As part of the OptimEyes team, you’ll work with multiple departments to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate billing, contributing to high satisfaction and efficient operations in a busy health

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills.
• Prior retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stay organized and multi-task effectively.
• Completion of Henry Ford OptimEyes training courses.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients in person and over the phone.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries about goods, services, and billing.
• Complete and record sales transactions in the HFO POS system.
• Coordinate patient services with multiple departments.
