Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Completion of all Henry Ford OptimEyes training courses.
• Previous optical experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Investigate and resolve patient inquiries concerning merchandise, service, and billing.
• Complete and record sales transactions accurately in the HFO POS system.
• Work closely with all HFO departments to coordinate patients' services.
