Henry Ford OptimEyes in Detroit seeks a Patient Service Representative to welcome patients, answer inquiries, process transactions, and coordinate services across departments, ensuring a warm, efficient experience.

You will resolve questions about merchandise, services, and billing, record sales in the POS system, and collaborate with other teams to support patients’ care journey in a fast-paced retail-health setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle transactions.
• Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities; complete training as directed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct patients in a friendly, professional manner.
• Investigate and resolve inquiries concerning merchandise, services, and billing.
