National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate - Optical Specialist - Keyholder to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Eyeglass World store. This role combines eyewear guidance, final fitting, and finishing excellence to ensure every customer leaves the store with confidence and style.

You will support store flow, assist with pre-exam processes, and maintain polished, brand-aligned service standards across the in-store journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required).
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required).
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required).

Responsabilités

• Create an Exceptional Customer Experience with warm, confident service at every step.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave confident in their eyewear and experience.
• Assist with patient flow, pre-exam screenings, and smooth transitions between steps.
• Perform finishing work, adjustments, and quality checks on eyewear.
• Prepare orders for pickup and deliver brand-aligned handoffs.
• Support order entry, tracking, and maintain organized retail areas.
