Job summary

National Vision is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.

You will also maintain accurate records, communicate order status, keep the store tidy and merchandised to brand standards,

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law.
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
