As a key team member, you will support pre-exam processes, help maintain finish quality, and uphold our service standards. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, product education, and a polished, on-brand store experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills; ability to educate customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Perform finishing work including final adjustments, inspections and quality checks.
