Job summary

Eyeglass World is seeking a Part-time Optical Specialist/Sales Associate to deliver warm, confident customer service while guiding eyewear selection and final fittings. You’ll help ensure customers leave with confident choices and a seamless experience, from pre-exam support to pick-up and after-sales care.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in optical, retail, or customer service, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a passion for delivering on-brand service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required).
Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills required.
Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required).

Responsibilities

Create an exceptional customer experience with warm, confident service at every visit.
Support patient flow and smooth transitions between exam, finish, and pickup moments.
Perform finishing work and quality checks to ensure eyewear meets standards.
Operate order entry, tracking, and ensure timely completion while keeping areas organized.
