You will guide customers through selection and fittings, support exam flow, and ensure high-quality finish and polished handoffs. A high school diploma and 1+ year in optical or retail help you succeed; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Education required: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organization are essential.
• Clear communication and ability to educate customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience with warm, personalized service.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, fitting and product education.
• Ensure customers leave confident in their eyewear and experience.
• Assist with patient flow, pre-exam screenings, and smooth transitions.
• Perform finishing work, inspections, and brand-aligned handoffs.
• Maintain organized finish and retail areas and resolve issues proactively.
• Model Eyeglass World service standards and uphold brand expectations.
