Eyeglass World, Inc. is seeking an Optical Specialist in Colorado to deliver warm, confident service through eyewear selection, fitting, and education.

You will ensure customers leave with confidence in their eyewear and experience, supporting in-store flow from pre-exam to pickup and maintaining brand standards. This role requires 1+ year in optical/retail or customer service, strong multitasking and communication skills, and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales, or customer service (Required).
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills (Required).
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers effectively (Required).
• Ability to prioritize customer satisfaction at every interaction (Required).
• Support store team in shared goals (Required).
• Bilingual abilities (Preferred).

Responsabilités

• Deliver warm, confident, and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Guide customers through eyewear selection, final fitting, and product education.
• Ensure customers leave feeling confident in both their eyewear and their experience.
• Assist with customer flow and pre-exam support where applicable.
• Perform finish and quality checks on eyewear to meet brand standards.
• Prepare orders for pickup and ensure brand-aligned handoffs.
• Model Eyeglass World service standards in every interaction.
