Job summary

Eyeglass World is seeking an Optical Specialist to join our team in-store. You will guide customers through eyewear selection, assist with pre-exam support and ensure eyewear readiness and polishing for pickup.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in optical, retail, sales or customer service.
• Strong multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and the ability to educate customers.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience with warm, confident and personalized service at every stage of the visit.
• Support store flow by assisting with patient traffic and smooth transitions between steps of the customer journey.
• Own finish and quality excellence by performing finishing work, quality checks, and brand-aligned presentation of eyewear.
• Operate with precision and care by maintaining organized, clean work and retail areas and efficient order handling.
• Bring the Eyeglass World brand to life by modeling service standards and ensuring a consistent in-store experience.
