Job summary

Now Optics d/b/a Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a fast-paced retail optical team in Madison, WI. You will drive sales, coach staff, and collaborate with the Brand Manager to execute action plans that boost performance while upholding exceptional customer service.

You will train associates, partner with Clinical services, analyze performance data, and ensure lab production aligns with service promises. Optical experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities
