Job summary

Stanton Optical in Denton, TX is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, coach associates, and partner with the Brand Manager to implement action plans that boost performance. You will train and develop staff, coordinate with Clinical and Lab teams, analyze reports, ensure service commitments, and maintain brand standards while driving a positive, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales to exceed goals while delivering outstanding customer service
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty when needed
• Lead talent acquisition and development in partnership with Recruiting and HR
• Collaborate with Clinical services and Lab teams to ensure smooth operations
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports to monitor performance and adjust plans
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and ensure timely delivery of orders
